Our experience in this area is probably unsurpassed however, due to the low sales value of some of this work, we may ask that in the first instance, you send/email us some photos of the problem area so that we can have a meaningful telephone discussion before incurring the expense of a site visit. Alternatively, due to time/distance considerations, we may require an order against which our engineer can make a fair charge for the cost of the visit, time spent, advice or report.
